Defence center is a Rogue antivirus that appeared after summer 2010 together with Windows Defence. This rogue is spread by trojans or drive-by downloads. Typically, trojans hide in fake video codecs, legitimate software updates served on infected domains, or infected documents. This allows tricking users into installing software on their PCs.
